Black Tea

Black Teas are fully oxidized teas that offer a rich, robust, strong cup. Black is by far the most popular tea in the world. In the U.S, it accounts for 80% of the tea consumed. Black tea has the most caffeine of all tea types.

Green Tea

Green Tea is the oldest of all the tea types and is known for its wonderful umami and vegetal character. It is packed with antioxidants and in general has a medium caffeine level.

Herbal Teas are made from various plants, which means they can come in a wide range of tastes and flavors. many herbal teas have no caffeine at all, however there are a few that contain caffeine such as Yerba Mate, guayasa, and yaupon

Oolong Tea

Oolong is a traditional Chinese tea produced through a unique process including withering under the strong sun and oxidation before curling and twisting. They are complex in aromatics and flavors and can hold up to multiple infusions. oolong has a wide range of caffeine levels- the greener oolongs are similar to green tea while the darker oolongs are similar to black tea

Rooibos "red bush" is a broom-like member of the legume family of plants growing in South Africa's fynbos. It is naturally caffeine-free and has an earthly fresh character similar to green teas. It also has a robust mineral earthly body similar to black tea

White Tea

White Tea comes from the buds and leaves of the Chinese Camellia Sinensis plant. The leaves and buds are allowed to wither in natural sunlight before they are lightly processed to prevent oxidation or further tea processing. The name "white tea" derives from the fine silvery-white hairs of the unopened buds of the tea plant, which gives the plant a whitish appearance. The beverage itself is not white of colorless but pale yellow.

Fruit Blend Tea

At the beginning of the 80's, colored blends composed of pieces of fruit made their way into tea shops. Without caffeine or bitter substances, the healthy and delicious beverages quickly developed into a family tea which could be enjoyed by the young and old alike. The main ingredients of a fruit tea blend are mild, sweet apple pieces, fruity rose hip peels, and fresh, tangy hibiscus blossoms; these components characterize the necessary "body" of a fruit tea blend
